This was our second trip to London and our second stay at this property. We chose it because it’s very close to the things we wanted to visit while in town. And it is very close to the Victoria train station which made it convenient for us to get to our train For the next leg of our journey. There is a very nice restaurant on property that serves dinner and breakfast. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. As was the dinner menu. There’s also a bar in the lobby that was very relaxing and convenient. The staff was so helpful at providing us with information and directions as we needed them. We felt very welcomed.

Very convenient location, close to Victoria station and a lot of restaurants and supermarkets. The room is clean and the room service is excellent. There are two small issues though: 1. Both my wife and I found the WiFi is intermittent, sometimes it is fast, sometimes it slow and even not working. 2. The shower pressure could be higher.

A very nice hotel with a great location. It's right across the street from Victoria Train station, which provides express service to Gatwick Airport. This area of London has an abundance of dining and shopping options. A fancy hotel at an affordable price. Served a tasty, fresh breakfast to start the day. Online check-in the night before, seamless process. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommend it!

We had a good stay. It was near the Tube and convenient. Breakfast was good though it’s the same selection everyday even if there was a variety to choose from. Bottled waters for the room aren’t free. Customer service was good. We were happy that the bar and common area were open till late at night and it was quiet enough so we could talk. Either way, the place is highly recommended and the hotel is aesthetically luxurious and there was enough space to move around as well.

Great location (walking distance from Victoria station and hop on hop off bus, clean, good variety for breakfast and friendly staff. We had a great experience. Muy buena experiencia, un hotel limpio, staff muy amable y colaborador, variedad en el buffet de desayuno y muy cerca de la estación central de Victoria y los buses de hop on hop off. Lo recomiendo!

The reception and concierge services were very good. Grat location near Victoria station and many restaurants near by. We were in room 151 and there was a scent (spicy) during our 4 days even though the air conditioning was on.

This property has construction all around it and can be noisy. This is not a fault of the hotel though. The area has several homeless people living nearby, again, not the hotels fault but this might be intimidating for some. The front desk people were fantastic as were the people working in the dining room at breakfast time. The room however was old and tired. I booked a “superior” room. There were 3 shallow drawers. The rest of the dresser used to be a cabinet for a mini fridge and the tea service area. So that is where I had to fit my clothes. The headboard was old and there was an odd round dining type table as a nightstand on one side of the bed. The whole room felt like it was furnished with odds and ends.
