Characterful apartment in Central London. Located within a late Victorian Terrace, this apartment has rooms in different levels and retains some of the original features.
Entering the property through the raised ground floor, there is a bright and ample reception room with a large L-shape sofa, dining table and tv ideal for the guests to gather and enjoy a lovely evening in.
Next to the reception, the third bedroom has a small double bed and double doors opening to the staircase, leading to the roof terrace, full of leafy plants, equipped with lights, fitted bench and a large parasol. *IMPORTANT: the host team need to access twice a week to water and maintain the plants. On booking this accommodation the guests commit to providing access for that purpose.
Coming down a short flight of stairs at the back of the property, there is a spacious and modern fully equipped dine-in kitchen with sitting area, which opens to a patio via fold-up doors, creating an ideal winter garden to enjoy breakfasts.
Coming downstairs at lower ground level, there are two bedrooms, one with a 180cm wide bed, built in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom, the second one with a 150cm wide bed.
There is also a spacious family bathroom with free-standing bath and a separate shower.
The property includes a collection of original art pieces by international emerging and mid career artists who have exhibited in London, and all the artworks are available for purchase.

Family Trip to London
We traveled with our 2 adult children and their partners. The property perfectly fit our needs for space, and was located in the heart of London 4 minutes away from an underground station. The property is in a relatively quiet neighborhood and it was a great place to relax after a busy day of seeing the sites!

Holiday in London
Our family of 6 adults had a lovely time at the flat. Very clean, spacious and quietly located in a nice area. Aldgate and Aldgate East tube stations are a very short walk from the flat and the location provided a nice respite from the busy, touristy areas of London. A nice, short walk to Tower Bridge and a 15 min walk to Brick Lane which is just lovely. We walked to Waitrose for groceries and used Amazon Fresh behind the flat as well. There are some good restaurants very close by, especially Halal Indian right around the corner. We highly recommend staying here!

London Girls’ Week
We were a party of 3 moms (mums) and our tween daughters for this trip. The flat was just the right size for us and was an easy walk from 2 Tube stations, 2 groceries and a variety of restaurants. Construction down the street started at 7am each morning, but noise is a part of life in a busy city. The property manager, Tom was very responsive and thoughtful. We were a bit worried about our midnight arrival, but he was there to let us in and hand over the keys as well as prompt in responding to various texts messages. This seems like a newer listing, so they might want to consider a few things like a sheet of details, ie what to do when trash becomes full, etc. and possibly some additional linens for linger stays. Overall, we had a lovely stay at a reasonable rate.

Perfect stay in perfect flat
Family with two adults and three Teenagers- perfect stay for 6 nights. Very nice flat with nice terrace, everything there, very clean.. Perfect to visit London because of central location! Next tube just 4 min. away, tower bridge 6min.! Perfect communication with landlord! We will come back!
