Breakfast was brilliant. The communal areas of the hotel were lovely. The standard room itself was incredibly disappointing. Bed size was a small double (not a standard double, as suggested). We barely slept for the two nights we were there. Space around the bed was very limited but the wooden bedframe overhung the mattress, meaning it was easy to bang your leg every time you walked round. Given the price I would not stay here again

I did not receive the vip benefit that was advertised at this hotel. I also booked a premium room and was put in a standard room. When I notified the front reception, the response was very careless and I was told nothing they could do until the following day. The staff who on the following day were much more helpful and they moved me into the proper room that I booked, on the 2nd day.

I loved my stay at this hotel. It was the perfect location for my first time in London. It was super close to the tube station and had restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. It was a really nice area. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in London.

The location was not bad as we could walk to many nice attractions. Front desk staff was average and only did the minimum (couldn't even get assistance to get a cab called). The two free drinks on arrival was a nice touch, however, the value of the vouchers left off many options at the bar. The room was cramped and tiny; the view was across to another dilapidated building and was partially obstructed by a stair. We stayed in a number of hotel on this trip, this one was definitely in the bottom two.

Handle hanging off side of bath. Wardrobe drawers badly chipped. Dirt in top drawer where the hairdryer was. No tea and coffee making facilities, took 1.5 hour to resolve having to go speak to reception in the end tonask for a kettle Seems previous stay asked for the items to be removed but this was not reinstated for our arrival at 5. Poor digital information on TV screen like breakfast time or checkout. Not sure if the bar was open in the day, the bar area seemed closed for drinks at 1pm. Not qhat i expected from a raddison hotel. The team leader was the positive from the overnight stay

We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past three or four years. I know there are probably comparable hotels in the area, but have not spent much effort looking at alternatives because we have always enjoyed this hotel. The excellent breakfast is a draw for us, and the lady who showed us to our table each day was particularly nice. She remembered my unique coffee needs and was unusually upbeat and pleasant.

Had to cancel booking due to a sudden onset illness. Lost the full amount paid in advance - c£1,100. Called the Hotel to explain the situation and to see if anything could be done to rearrange another visit but the person I spoke to was very unsympathetic. He wasn’t even interested in taking my name as according to him “we’ve received payment anyway so it doesn’t matter to us” (?!). Nice attitude!

The property is located within an easy walking distance from the Tottenham Court Road station, one of Elizabeth Line stops and also steps away from British Museum. Piccadilly Circus and Covent Garden are also short walk away. The staff at the hotel is very courteous and helpful. Its clean and airy restaurant is filled with light and plants and is a wonderful place to start a day. I truly enjoyed my four-night stay.

Catalogue of errors
Given a standard room, when paid for a premium room. Room was also booked to other guests who attempted to enter the room while we were resting. Air conditioning didn’t work, reported but received a brush off. Was given a better room and a glass of bubbly, would be nice to have had the bottle. No acknowledgment of the error and no apology at the time. Booked a pre show meal at the hotel restaurant, just after an hour called the restaurant to cancel as was put off from the poor service and then later received a missed call from the restaurant asking about our lateness to the restaurant. Breakfast was good but staff lacked attention to those little details that go a long way, wife had just sat down and asked we’re the brown sauce is? Would have been nice for the staff to just get the sauce instead of pointing it out. On check out fortunately after complaining a second time received acknowledgment and an apology, we were listened to and an amicable recompense has been offered.

Great little hotel and breakfast
Great little hotel less than 10 mins from the theatres, and just round the corner from the British museum, nice cosy restaurant on with great aircon, be wary of booking breakfast via hotels.com though as this was not passed on to them. Luckily they were very good about it and it got sorted out. There is another Radisson Blu opposite which confused us as they are both on the corner of Bloomsbury st and great russel street.

Great location. Lovely smelling reception area. Really clean everywhere. Premium room on 7th floor was great size & had all amenities you could want. Only two negatives that stop me from giving 5stars is the shower/bath water was only Luke warm & the cooked breakfast was cold.
