The hotel and staff were brilliant. Slight issue with the room, but that was corrected by an excellent staff member at front desk. The Steak and Lobster restaurant was in a nice trendy part of the hotel and the food was brilliant. Overall, great experience and highly recommended.

Single room small but perfect for solo traveller. Comfortable bed and pillows, room has a hairdryer, kettle and fridge in it. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was lovely with plenty to choose from. The only down side to this hotel is the noise. The windows need sound proofing. I actually got up to check the windows were closed due to the level of noise coming in. This really let the hotel down as I did not sleep at all and I am not a light sleeper.

The hotel itself is nice and the breakfast was good but there is no soundproofing on the 5th floor facing the road. As the hotel is right by the hospital there were sirens all night so I got zero sleep

Nice hotel in a great location next to Warren Street underground station. Check in was great, rooms are nice. Only criticism was the gym is very small, and the breakfast staff were a bit rude and want to rush you in and rush you out.

Booked as a solo traveler. Have stayed a couple of years ago as a solo traveler so aware that room was small. However very hot room due to being on 5 th floor. Did try to alter temperature but didn’t always work. Only given 1 pillow requested another pillow when down at reception Waited an hour nothing arrived. Realised I had no way of contacting reception as no telephone in the room! No contact via smart TV and no relevant number to use from my own phone. Got dressed went to reception which was a bit of a nuisance as have mobility problems at present. spoke to a different member of staff who didn’t appear to want to be there! but managed to get a pillow and a phone number to contact reception if needed. It was like pulling teeth! Otherwise very clean and other staff I interacted with extremely helpful. Single room overpriced but it’s London! I stay for location to UCLH so no doubt will return in the future. Maybe a double room next time!

I wouldn't stay in this hotel again. The room was very small and poky. I could not stand fully under the stream of water in the shower. No phone, no working hairdryer despite there being one in the desk. Very noisy inside hotel (constant slamming doors) slept very badly. Noise is to be anticipated in a city centre but this was inside rather than out. For the money I expected a much higher standard.
