I had an email from the property host saying I needed to make an appointment to gain access to the property/to hand the keys over. I didn’t get a reply after giving my details and wasn’t able to stay there which ruined my trip as I had to stress and find a friend to stay with in London. Luckily I had a friend to stay with or I would have been left outside all night. Not sure if this is a scam but please DO NOT book to stay here. Wish I’d paid a little bit more and actually had somewhere safe and legitimate to stay.
