Welcome to our charming one-bedroom flat located in the heart of Kensington! Situated on the fifth floor, this modern abode offers a comfortable retreat for your stay in London.

Please Note: Starting 28 October 2024, NL Construction will be undertaking building works on behalf of the Freeholder to convert two commercial units into residential apartments. This work is unrelated to residents and occupiers, primarily taking place on the 1st and Mezzanine floors, with some activity in common areas and the basement.

The project is estimated to last six months, with contracted hours from 8 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday, and 8 am to 12 pm on Saturdays. Intermittent noise disturbance may occur during these hours.

Located just a 4-minute walk from Gloucester Road tube station, accessing the rest of London is a breeze. You can catch the Circle, District, and Piccadilly lines, alongside frequent buses going to various Central London locations. From this station, you can easily explore the city's top attractions, including Hyde Park and the renowned museums of South Kensington. Plus, with easy access to Heathrow Airport, your travels to and from London will be seamless.

* Organising parties is strictly prohibited in the property
* Any excessive noise in the property must be prevented, out of respect for the neighbours
* City Relay is not liable for any loss of keys or any other property items
* Rubbish disposal must be done by following the instructions provided for the property
* No pets are allowed (except Service Dogs)
The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.
Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
Our Teams are here to help all our guests in a polite and professional manner however we do not tolerate any form of abuse towards the staff. Should this rule be broken, we reserve the right to reject any current or future bookings.
We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards.
