Only a 2 minute walk from Earls’ Court Tube Station, this apartment is an ideal home base for easy access to London's culture, shopping and business centers. This spacious, brightly lit apartment includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms a mezzanine that can accommodate 2 guests. The wooden floors and the warm colors throughout the apartment provide you with a cozy, home-like environment. The walls are decorated with paintings, giving an artistic feeling. The comfortable living room is equipped with contemporary amenities, such as a widescreen TV and a DVD player and offers you a place to relax after an enjoyable day of sightseeing! Alongside the living room, lies the dining area, capable of accommodating up to 4 people, ideal for a wonderful dinner with family and friends. The stylish kitchen will be a joy to cook in since it is equipped with a modern oven, microwave, dishwasher and any kitchen utensils you may need during your stay. The Master bedroom is equipped with a King size bed and has its own en-suite, large bathroom with a bathtub. Natural light comes from the large windows, where you have the chance to enjoy the lovely garden view. The second, double bedroom provides you with the same amenities and gorgeous view, while the second bathroom is located just next to it. Both bathrooms have contemporary heating floor systems and stunning, luxurious aesthetics.

Lovely property in fantastic location
We had a lovely stay at this flat. It was perfect for my husband and I and our 3 kids ages 15, 11 and 11. My daughter loved the loft area it was a great treat for her to have her own space. Fantastic location that is quiet and peace but yet close to multiple underground stations and a quick ride to city center. Communication with property management was always very prompt and efficient.

Perfect Location, Lovely Flat.
Many positives: We would stay there again. Wonderful Location. Very responsive management. Immaculately clean. Modern and well-equipped bathrooms. Small modern kitchen. Lots of storage. Could be better: Large beds were too long for the rooms. It made it difficult to get from one side of the bed to the other. There was about 14 to 18 inches between the wall and the end of the beds-- and there are wall-mounted TV's on those walls. I had to hold onto a mounted TV to navigate around the bed. (Not much fun in the dark in the middle of the night if you have to use the loo.) Having said that, the beds were the right size for the rental. The bedrooms were just slightly too short. The sofa in the living room is more of a day bed. So deep you may need someone to help you out of your seat. It is perfect for a nap. Very little artwork and mostly empty walls. ( I only mentioned this since the description reads "The walls are decorated with paintings, giving an artistic feeling.") If you take a look at the pictures displayed in the listing, you'll see what I mean. The dining room table and coffee table are well-worn. If you're thinking of using the loft/ 3rd sleeping area, you should be no more than 4 ft. tall. The sleeping area may be taller, but you have to be under 4ft. tall to get there. I never tried. Neutral comment: My wife and our visitors described the flat as "masculine". Lots of dark wood built-ins, shelving and floors.

Making it easy
Wanted a 3 bedroom close to the Underground for a visit with my 3 grandchildren and my daughter in law. Our property manager Nick was very responsive and let us come early to drop off our luggage. He explained how things worked, gave us a quick look around and told us where he would leave a binder with helpful tips of locations etc. He also left some travel books for London. Impressed with the well stocked kitchen -coffee maker, electric teapot, microwave etc. Dishwasher and washing machine/dryer along with pods which saved trying to find a store for them. Bedrooms had fresh sheets and bathrooms had fresh towels. Neighborhood was safe with a small park across the street. We were given a set of keys and a number to call for problems, (none)

Lovely flat in the perfect location!
Very clean and comfortable flat in a very convenient location. Nick was welcoming, helpful and always easy to contact. We loved that is was also across from a park and very quiet at night. When in London, we will definitely want to stay here again.

Great Stay in South Kensington
Our family of 4 was delighted with our stay at Nick’s place in S. Kensington. Nick couldn’t have been nicer. Lovely building, street and neighborhood. The flat suited us well. Great location with 2 tube stops close by and ability to walk just about everywhere. Plenty of great marketing and food options as well. Accidentally walked out with 2 sets of keys one evening and left a teenager in need of a set. Nick was nice enough to go to the flat and leave the spare keys. Crisis averted. Thank you, Nick!

Beautiful stay and so quiet
The appartment is perfect, modern, clean and comfy. It's a real pleasure and lux to only hear the birds singing in the morning while you are in a big city. You don´t hear the car or other things only birds singing. It makes you want to live in London! The subway station "Earl´s court" is at 5 min by feet and you have a Marks and Spencer just nearby the station. Nick is lovely, kind and really professional. Thank you again. We hope to come back one day !

Quiet neighborhood near tube
Nice flat with the basic amenities in a quiet neighborhood close to the Earl’s Court tube stop. A few grocery stores are close by and there is a public car garage nearby too if you need to park a car. The clothes dryer didn’t work very well, but there is a drying rack that can be used. We would have liked to have some hand towels and washcloths to use in addition to the giant bath towels that were provided. Communication with the host could have been better since several queries by us were left unanswered for long periods of time.

Can't say enough about how perfect this flat was. If you're going to be in London for any length of time, you will not find a better place to stay. The Earls Court location is ideal. Literally three blocks from the tube station...an easy walk, even with luggage. Beautifully appointed and comfortable with a nice sized balcony overlooking the gardens across the street. Nick was an unbelievably accommodating host, even allowing us an earlier check in due to our morning flight arrival. If we are ever in London again we WILL be staying here again!

Great Choice for Easy Access to London Sightseeing
This flat was a great choice for us! Nick, the owner, was very responsive and even let us check in much earlier than normal due to our early morning arrival. This was REALLY appreciated. The location is beautiful - directly across from private park. It was very quiet night and the area felt very safe, again even early and late at night. The main room of the apartment is very bright and has a wonderful porch overlooking the street and park. The bedrooms, while small and simple in their furnishings, had very comfortable beds (the mattresses size felt like an American queen/full) and blackout curtains on the windows kept the rooms nicely dark for sleeping. The bathrooms, were updated with great water pressure. The kitchen was nicely fitted out. The building was quiet at night. There are some steps up to apartment (it's on what American's would consider the 2nd floor). We would return and recommend it for a party of 4 or less, though there is a separate sleeping loft suitable for a smaller child, (our 10 year old loved it). Very easy connections from nearby Earl's Court station (5-10 minute walk) to nearly all London sites as well as direct access to Heathrow. Restaurants, Coffee bar, Markets, Shopping nearby (5-10 minutes walk).

The perfect place!
We LOVED staying in Nick’s place!! Great location close to markets, the Tube and dining. The building was adorable and the place nicely decorated and a perfect layout for our family of four. Nick not only met us at the apartment, but also allowed us to check in early, as our flight arrived very early in the morning from the United States. We were comfortable in Nick’s place and would love to come back one day!!

LOVELY Flat and area.
This flat in Earl's Court was perfect for our group of 4 for 3 days. It is a few minutes walk to the underground and there are markets and restaurants near by. We had exceptionally nice weather so we walked to The V & A museum one day and Kennsington Palace through Hyde Park the next. The flat was exactly as described and expected. Modern and comfortable with beautiful views out the french doors to the garden park across the street. We woke to hear birds chirping which was delightful in central London. We used both bedrooms as well as the mezzanine for my daughters friend and even though it had a lower ceiling it was a great option for her to have her own sleeping space. It was nice to have the open kitchen/dining/living plan so we all could interact with each other while doing different things in the flat. The host was responsive and helpful when we needed another blanket and with other questions. I definitely recommend this flat. I spent several days researching flats in the area before choosing. We had a unique situation because even though we were a party of 4 we needed separate sleeping areas for my self and my daughter and 1 adult and another young adult since they were not related ... my daughter and I shared one room. We definitely wanted 2 bathrooms as well and it was great that one of them had a full bathtub as well as shower. Everything was great !

The Bramham Gardens flat is superb and the location is perfect.
The flat was perfect for our needs. Spacious, clean, well appointed and comfortable. The location is excellent, right between two tube stations. The South Kensington area is our favourite part of London and Bramham Gardens is a beautiful and relatively quiet location in this busy part of the city. We used the two bedrooms and the loft for the first few weeks of our trip when our family joined us. Was wonderful to have everyone in one spot. We were at the flat for 2 months and felt quite at home. Nick was a perfect host. Always there if something was needed but left us to enjoy our stay on our own. We can’t thank Nick enough for sharing this beautiful property with us for our extended stay in London. We now consider Bramham Gardens our London “home”!

Beautiful Apartment - fun neighborhood
Very nice apartment. Clean with good supplies, beautiful bathrooms and just a 5 minute walk to the tube. Grocery store and lots of restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk as well. Nick was a very nice host. He even let us check in early as our flight landed early in the morning.
