Overall a very nice flat and not too expensive.. a few small improvements needed but nothing drastic. The biggest complaint is you can't really use the kitchen with 6 people because it's too small and the sofa is in there! Would be much better with 2 bedrooms and a large sofa in the 3rd that can be a sofa bed, then proper table in the kitchen leaving room to cook. The kitchen lacked implements and the washing machine is broken, but the large fridge is a bonus and the hob top is the nice modern kind. The main bathroom is nice with a good hot shower but the ensuite was cold and the cubicle small with a step up into it, towel rail didn't seem to work in either so difficult to get towels dry in winter. There is no parking but we didn't have any difficulty finding a decent JustPark nearby, the area is also very well served by public transport. Worth noting that there are steep and fairly narrow stairs to climb up three floors, and the doors are very heavy. We were only given one set of keys which could be awkward with 6 people. For the money we were happy and the location was perfect for us, we would rent here again.
