"Staff were friendly and helpful. The property was nice and very close to the Long Beach Convention center. Basically, it only took 4-5 minutes to walk there from the dock. Additionally, there are several restaurants and a few shops in the immediate vicinity. The primary concerns were the number of homeless people surrounding the area and the somewhat limited parking for overnight accommodations. Overall, it was a memorable experience. "

"It’s an old ship. Expect that. Don’t stay here if you just want a comfortable hotel. Stay for the history and experience. Cooling/heating needs updates. They warn you at check in to ask for a fan or blankets as they are old systems. Mid June it was super hot until evening and opened port hole. Family room with 2 queens had no elevator/ramp. Made traveling with 2 kids and infant in stroller difficult. As well as luggage up and down stairs. Other than that it was a good experience and kids enjoyed...
