"Check in was a breeze. The front door security is comforting. You walk through the first time and they scan your ID. On following entrances, you stand in front of a face recognition scanner. No one with big bags who are not staying in the hotel can bring the bags in. A cafe in the lobby has grab and go items as well as hot tea, coffee, and lattes made to order. "Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Mine was a quick overnight connection. The transportation to and from JFK was speedy and reliable. Completely quiet for sleeping even near JFK. Inviting in-hotel eatery for a hot bowl of soup and glass of wine. Perfect!"

"The staff there were very helpful and pleasant. The room was clean however there was a lot of banging from adjacent rooms. The sounds were clear which was a bit annoying. Wished they had parking but the location from the airport is ideal. There’s nothing to do in the area. Overall my stay was good. "

"Not only was the water from the shower head going in ever direction because it was so gross from lack of cleaning, but there were 2 cockroaches found in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable, but since the bathroom was not clean I would have to question the cleanliness of the beds. I'm just glad this was a one night layover or I would have sought another place to sleep! I can't say too much for the staff as we only spoke with the front desk girl who was nice enough. Seriously, I'm not sure...
