"Perfect little unit for a couple nights stay, great location, only a couple minutes walk to Papamoa Plaza and local brewery "The Island" which is great for families with kids! Amazing pizza too :) Came in winter so didn't get to check out the beach but it was in walking distance too. Unit was well equipped and clean. Easy check in and check out. "We booked, she confirmed, and when we are already down the road for check in, canceled our booking at the last 1 minute, this is the most horrible things happened to us in our life, the host medsaged me that the “ Hi there, im so very sorry but someone had put something down the toilet and when i flushed it it overflowed excrement through bathroom and onto the carpet of 2 bedrooms and its a discusting disaster. Please cancel with vrbo. I ha e not been paid. They can contact me to verify. Sorry for short notice but cant be helped”We were so disappointed.I don’t recommend this accomodation."
