Biltmore Los Angeles
10/10 Excellent
"Very historic, Art Deco hotel with extensive history of Hollywood heydays. Definitely must appreciate the nostalgic interior and architecture.
Above all, the staff was impeccable! Everyone had a smile, friendly, welcoming and attentive.
I left an item in my room, I called and it was promptly found. A link to file a lost report was sent immediately and my one additional phone call with an amazing staff member had my item returned asap! "
"The hotel was great. Super clean, great location, excellent staff, good food . The only problem was the paper thin walls . And of course I was lucky enough to have neighbors that blasted a speaker starting at 4:45am until 7am. Obviously anyone can hear a speaker blasting through the walls but earlier in the day you could even hear people coughing through the walls lol .. but other than that everything about this place was great ! "
"Beautiful hotel and well located for the metro and buses. Close to little Tokyo for good restaurants. No hidden fees and safe. The rooms are very cool compared to more traditional hotels like Hilton and Marriott. "
