Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.
Located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood of Alhambra. Close to everything, many fine restaurants are all within a 10-minute drive. 30-40 minutes to Downtown LA, Disneyland, and Universal Studios.
First floor:
- large living room, dining area, and kitchen with basic cooking and dining wares, oven, fridge, and microwave.
- One bedroom with Queen size bed, One bedroom with twin size bunker bed

Second floor:
- Spacious loft sitting and study area
- Master bedroom with queen size bed, private bathroom
- Second bedroom with queen size bed, the third bedroom with 2 twin beds. These two rooms share one large bathroom.

The two-car garage along with the driveway space can accommodate a total 3 cars. ( Park your third car close to the garage as much as possible to avoid blocking neighbors). No 12 or above passenger van parking.

Busy street, barking dogs
Dogs barking, busy street, we moved to a hotel for our last night that we had this house rented for. When texting management they did not seam to know what dates I had this house rented for. I hope someone looks at the text messages between me and who was managementing this property.

Unpleased with our stay
It was a very nasty place to stay at. You can tell none of the sheets and blankets were cleaned well. There was white crusty stuff all on the blankets. Stains and splatters on the wall. Kids hand prints all on the tv and the room walls. Dog next door was barking all night. And it was just overall not a great experience. We had to go buy our own sheets just to sleep. Honestly wouldn’t come back to this place and wish we could’ve gotten a refund.

Overall it was descent. Socks and dirt ubder bed when we arrived. Could be cleaner especially for the cleaning fee charged for the 2 night stay.

Better than expected
The space was very roomy, with every amenity necessary to live comfortably away from home. Mr. Lau and his team were very responsive and attentive to our needs and concerns. Everything was tidy and looked clean. I would definitely recommend and stay again.
