This property is in a funky little RV park called Little Fox Trailer Court. The property was built in the 1950s. There are 5 renovated and modernized units in the community with classic aluminum trailers including Spartan, Streamline, and Silver Streak and 2 Tiny Homes.

Please note there are 5 separate campers and tiny houses, with a mixture of long-term and short-term tenants. Please respect the private yard of each house. Quiet hours from 10pm-8am.

Bathroom of the camper has a curtain in addition to decorative double-doors, but not a traditional locking door.

◦ No smoking of ANY kind ANYWHERE on the property--Topanga is a very high fire hazard zone! Smoking on the property will result in an immediate cancellation of your reservation without any refund
◦ Number of guests on the property at any time must match reservation, no extra visitors
◦ No commercial use, filming, photography, or any non-standard use of property allowed without prior, written consent
◦ When available, early check in or late checkout is $30 (must be pre-approved)
◦ Please note: kids are welcome, but property is not kid-proofed or baby-proofed and many features are not suitable for younger children or babies
◦ Lost key fee minimum $50
