Jay was attentive and communication was great. The place was located near the place we visited. It would have been nice to be able to check in at 3pm and out by 11am without the extra fees, but overall this house provided us with our basic needs.

Disappointing
Awful. Waist high grass and weeds in the front & back yards and the home is in an awful neighborhood. Inside the home you have peeling paint, leaking showers, several insects and multiple doors that don't lock combined with left over beer bottles sitting outside. Coffee? Sure, there is. But no coffee filters, creamer or sugar. The guest shower floor was also filthy and the bedding had large stains. Want TV? Better bring your own fire-stick because there isn't one. I would never stay at this home again, my whole family was disappointed and extremely uncomfortable...0 stars.

very comfortable home!
Jay was an amazing host! Very responsive and polite. He addressed any concerns and took care of our requests timely. It took us a min to find the home but once we did and got inside we were very comfortable and the amenities were as described. We would recommend staying here and we would stay here again! Thank you Jay for being an awesome host!
