We never got instructions on where the house was nor how to get keys. I’ve tried every means I know to contact. Had to stay in a less than satisfactory hotel.

Over priced, unsanitary, disappointing
The concise version: had to reach out multiple times for check in info.The porch was covered in debris/cobwebs/spider nests,pool was filthy/unusable, door code was wrong/bed was broken.At bedtime we discovered neither bed had mattress covers/protectors.What was shocking is their reply seemed surprised I would ask for something most would consider a basic necessity.The master bed didnt even have a fitted sheet, just a loose flat sheet, so thin you could see the stains on the nasty mattresses.They said they would drop something off the next day.We had a formal dinner to get ready for so i didnt look in the garbage bag someone tossed in the house. My 8y/o daughter got in the main shower, w/in a minute she was screaming for my husband-the shower drain was not draining AT ALL.With no lip on the shower, it quickly backed up 1-2 inches of water & started heading toward the living room. At this point we discovered only 3 towels were given to our family of 4 so he grabbed the blanket off the sofa to stop the water. I told them we needed a plumber and the response i got was, 'well nobody else has had a plumbing problem'.We all showered in the other bath and went to dry our hair. No blowdryer. I was told to 'keep looking, its there'.It wasnt. 3 girls-formal event-no blowdryer=fun. We never got a cover for the master bed, although one was dropped off an hour before checkout. We did receive a boxed Panettone with a card wishing us love and light. *eye roll* No validation or offer of comp.
