Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
The property is relatively new, but the condition is disappointing. When I opened a cabinet door, it immediately fell apart and nearly landed on my foot. I reported it to the front desk, and someone came to remove it.
The issues didn’t end there. The coffee machine was unusable—it couldn’t be plugged in anywhere, and the tray didn’t fit the machine properly, making it impossible to close or operate.
The gym was also in poor shape, with a couple of machines out of order. Even the drinking water at the front desk was questionable. The container hadn't been refilled since the previous day, leaving the same water sitting out overnight. It felt gross and unsanitary.
Overall, I’m extremely unimpressed with the facility. I can’t believe this property is owned and operated by the Hilton Group. Although the front desk assured me they’d credit Hilton points to my account as compensation, nothing has shown up.
This experience was far below expectations, and I would not recommend this location.
