Very clean hotel, parking is fairly cheap and overall in a good area. We enjoyed our stay and having staff clean the room daily was a huge plus. Also was not expecting to have a balcony but that was a plus and amazing accommodation!

We had an issue with our room and the front desk fixed and remedied the situation quickly which was very nice. The hotel is pretty new and they kept it maintained.

My family and my stay here was lovely, a positive and calming experience from the beginning. Very nice staff, easy check in with Cameron ☺️, great price (There is a $200 hold on your card when you check in, but I was told it is just an authorization and will be returned after your check out. This was entirely fine with me. It’s not very common where I am from but it is normal with nicer places and this area.) I was told by the front desk that this location was just opened in May 2024. I loved staying in a new hotel! It was so nice and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. I hope this level of care and cleanliness continues for this property. The parking was $15, safe, and easy to navigate. Was the perfect distance away from our plans in the city, and lots of places to eat!! I am an IGH Rewards member so I was able to get a 12:30 late check out (and it was a chill Sunday, don’t be upset with front desk staff if they are not able to accommodate a late check out for you. It is often out of their control as their great housekeeping, maintenance, and everyone involved needs time to do their jobs to get things ready for other guests ☺️) for no charge. I highly recommend joining the rewards if you stay at Holiday Inn properties which I will do more often now. I will definitely stay here again ✨

We loved the beautiful quiet clean ,comfortably room with a view. Modern decor,large tv ,refrigerator that worked really well,kept our beverages cold. Beds were very comfortable and air conditioning worked great and kept us cool in this hot August heat. Felt very safe and our car was parked safely in their private garage. You do pay a little extra for car parking, but well worth it not having to worry about your automobile 🚘all night ;)

Room was infested by ants and our shower head wasn’t working properly so we got switched to a new room. The other room was still infested by ants and small bugs in the bathroom. We were also woken up by a fire alarm in the middle of the night. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel was updated & aesthetically pleasing, and the restaurant food was great!
