The breakfast was cold and had no coffee. The power was out the entire evening and the Marriott didn't compensate us in any way.

First room AC/Heater didnt work, but was moved to another nicer room without any upcharge, i think. The final bill is not itemized, so not sure what i was charged. There was no free breakfast, even a doenut & coffee would have been nice.

When I checked in I was charged $100 over the price I had from here. The price here was already much higher than going direct and I just did it so I could refund it due to the fires. I wound up paying double what the other people I travelled with for the same room.

Good experience with the hotel. We had a personal stay and enjoyed the outdoor bar. The food was pretty good! The room was very clean. We requested extra towels that took almost 2 hours to arrive, but otherwise we were happy with the service. Easy (paid) parking. Right across from the Burbank airport. Not that noisy, either

Staff is not friendly. Have problem in AC no one fix for us in 2 days after keep calling. Does provide the shuttle service only if the Drivers are ready

Don’t eat at the restaurant the servers are very slow & don’t refill yoir drinks. Expedia charges you taxes but the property also charges you taxes, tax on top of tax. They also charge $24 a day for parking which is not disclosed when making the reservation. I had to ask for towels three times, for the price they need to upgrade their customer service.
