Stroll the property's 6 acres and find little treasures everywhere- swings, hammocks, a trampoline, and even animals (baby alpacas, a sheep, ponies, horses, and cows) :). The 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home feels like luxury farmhouse living. The custom-designed wooden interior finishes and newly renovated features offer supreme comfort for you and your close ones. The bed configuration is as follow:
1 Bedroom (Master): King Bed with en-suite bathroom
2 Bedroom: Two Twin Beds with shared bathroom
3 Bedroom: Queen Bed with shared bathroom
4 Bedroom (Guest Room): Queen Bed with en-suite bathroom and pull-out sofa (twin size).
There are also two couches available in the living area that can each accommodate one more person.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY (10 PPL) MUST BE RESPECTED AT ALL TIMES
ANY PARTIES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION
It's a very quiet neighborhood- please respect the peace of the neighbors. No loud music at any time and no music past 10pm. Access to outdoor amenities is prohibited past 10pm. The city of Malibu doesn't allow us to host more than 10 people.
We have animals on the property- guests are allowed to get close to take pictures but are not allowed to touch or enter their fenced habitat. Some of the animal containment fences are electrified, please be careful to not touch them.
We may require a fully refundable security deposit to confirm booking.
Rules of the house:
- Access to the outdoor amenities prohibited past 10pm
- No parties or loud music allowed in the house
- Max occupancy must be respected
- No music after 10pm
- Pets allowed on a case by case basis - please check with the host before arrival - $90 per day/per pet
- Smoking prohibited indoors and outdoors. It is a fire hazard and a $250 fine will be incurred.
- $35 charge per towel for any stained/ruined towel
- $200 charge if the house is left excessively messy and requires additional cleaning
- There are noise monitoring devices in the home to make sure the music levels are not a disturbance, and there are surveillance cameras on the outside of the home, both for safety and to ensure rule compliance.
- Guests must be transparent and truthful about the questions asked by the house at booking. Any incorrect information provided may result in immediate eviction without refund.
Non compliance with the rules cited above or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction.
Upon check in, please report any damages to avoid being charged. We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue, we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!
Please note that our cancellation policy states full refund if you cancel up to 30 days prior to your arrival day. Refunds can take up to 30 days from the date of cancellation to be processed.
