Hotel is aged. Carpets could used a heavy steam cleaning. Bedding and bathroom was clean. Largest issue was waking up to a loud obnoxiously guest in the room next door, hearing fight or phone call with safety concerning comments. Won’t be staying here again.

I've stayed there before got what I expected. But this time there were extension cords running through the carpet to plug the lamps in. I'm not uppity by any means, I knew where I was staying and I'm perfectly happy that I did pick it again. I had to laugh at the extension cord thing, but... They were extension cords running through the carpet, just saying lol

I have stayed here numerous times in the past, but after a few years and now that I came back, the place has really deteriorated. It’s in desperate need of a renovation. Inside rooms especially. Even the bed was bad. The price doesn’t match what you get. Please renovate asap.

We usually love this place but this time our room was window facing freeway (216) and it was very loud all night AND our bathroom had black ants. (This was a first). BUT rooms do need a serious upgrade

I thought the staff was fantastic. The room was clean, but had a funky smell. The pictures online are not like how the room looks at all. Very bare bones, minimum bedding, and no color like in the pictures. The bed in front of the TV was saggy the other one you couldn’t see the TV well and it was lumpy. Carpet was peeling away from the wall like it had been wet at one time. That’s what it reminded me of. The showerhead is so high up that by the time it hits your head you’re hardly getting any water pressure. And I wasn’t comfortable with the parking situation. I can’t believe it had such a high rating.
