Not the most secure stay, no screen or blocker on window, false advertisement of personal bathroom, & no space heater. Nice & comfy room but that’s about it, good for emergencies, would be uncomfortable for a long stay.

Unit was not equipped properly, No wash clothes, hand soap or hand towels, just paper towels in the bathroom. No hot water which means no shower! We had to boil water on the stove to wash kitchen utensils. There was a pleated pillow covering (no pillowcase) on the pillows....ugh! Washer & Dryer were right outside our door with two baskets of dirty clothes sitting there the whole time. Oven & icemaker not functioning. When addressing these issues with the owner, they pretty much called us liars saying they checked with their "staff" and they stated the water was hot & there were pillowcases...by the way there was no staff....no one approached us. We ask for a credit on our stay they said NO. Very disappointing. We have stayed in many private accomodations never with this kind of treatment. The common area was a big open area in which sound travels quite loud. We had to ask the other two people there to please lower their voices & laughter at 9pm (quiet time)....they ended up going outside. This would be a great facility for a large family, but individual occupants, not so much.

I called to confirm if it was ok to check in late via phonecall since me and my partner won’t arrive to La driving from Oregon till 3am and the manager said yes. We got to the property and all the lights were off and nobody was there. We were going around La for an hour to find a place to sleep at 4am in the morning because there were no vacancy anywhere. I want my money back

Clean, and comfortable for the price. They have a picture of a pool and there was no pool that was disappointing. And if you’re very modest person, The showers are pretty open.

You get what you pay for. The air conditioning is so terrible, I was hoping to get some sleep after my work but after an hr I decided to just sleep in my car because I was sweating af inside their pods. No locks or hooks on the pods, I accidentally opened someone else’s pods since there are no locks. The sheets they gave me stinks and even has some hair on it especially the pillow. The mattress is hard, the bathroom is so cramped, my last stay there was soooo noisy - people talking at 6am in the morning, constructions noise. My overall stay was terrible.

Our first experience with a hostel. Identifying the place and checking in was a disaster! After an hour on the phone with Expedia, we finally got a phone number for the manager. They did not answer our call and it went to the voicemail that was full! The check-time of 3 pm is ridiculous! A note slapped sloppily with a packaging tape on the kitchen table saying, “No food left on the table” was insulting and rude! No iron, no toaster in the kitchen. Lots of open container food in the fridges! Disgusting! It was hugely overpriced for the terrible service. Never again!
