"When we arrived early as check in was 1600 they allowed us to check in and gave us free upgrade which was much appreciated. We dropped bags in bag store and went out to explore and they were brought back to our room at 1600. "The hotel is right on the beach, and has a beautiful outdoor pool. The hotel, however is misleading; there is a 12 Euro charge to use the indoor pool and spa for a 75 min session. There is no shuttle bus to the city centre, at least during the winter months. Bolt fees around 8Euro each way. The New Years Day brunch was excellent. "

"I stayed here for a few nights in November and absolutely loved it. The room was large and clean. The hotel is very nice. The food was REALLY good! Staff were kind and helpful. There was an issue with adjusting my stay that Expedia tried to help with but the hotel did not respond to which is a shame. But regardless of that, I will definitely return. "

"Staff was very friendly and helpful, food was excellent and a good variety. Room was clean and balcony big enough for sunbathing too. We loved the spa in the morning and beach club just across the road was the best fun! All pools were clean and safety was a priority. Plenty of activities for children and excellent entertainment in the evenings. There are gift shops, arcade and bars on site and swap shop at reception where we left sunscreen and kids items for the pool. Will definitely be back...
