"The in hotel spa was not good. At 10pm they rejected body massage when last booking is 11pm and they close at 1230. So we booked ourselves 60mins foot massage. They brought us to a room to lay down as they claimed there were no more seats available. Massaging foot lieing down was uncomfortable and not good. The masseuses were not skilful and they even asked for tips. Other than that the hotel environment, staff and buffet breakfast were great!!! "

"Still using the old Evitel branded towels/toiletries/etc. Which are horribly old and stained. More than one room in our group had to request for new towels/floor mats/ pillowcases. My first towel was stained. Had an obvious handprint on it. My second towel was worse. They gave me one smelly so strongly of pee (cat? rat?) we recoiled. Had to go out and buy towels.
