Great staff, location is ideal with a MTA station around the corner. However Street noise was very loud even on the 17th floor. Otherwise great stay.

Proximity to Grand Central Station was great, only 2 blocks away from the hotel (about 5-10 min walk). Bus stop located at the corner, only 2min away max. Only inconvenience was the ice machine was not working and elevators got a bit busy with guests so sometimes a bit of a wait.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Great area on the border of Chinatown and Little Italy. Room was huge by NYC standards with big windows that open. Complimentary beverages in the lobby (coffee, tea, soda, water). Would definitely stay again!! Highly recommend!
