We had a lovely big room Yell overlooking the garden. The hotel was peaceful and quiet even though there were some big groups staying. Always plenty of hot water and heating which was needed after being in the cold winds at Shetland. Staff very helpful and polite - they helped us book ferries to Yell and Unst. Breakfast and dinner very plentiful - too much for me at times but you can ask for a half portion. Lovely lounge to relax in on an evening. Highly recommend and we hope to be back at spring time in a couple of years

A nice hotel with very helpful staff.
Some minor issues on our arrival which were sorted out immediately. The problem was with Expedia booking, not the hotel.
Absolutely perfect for our visit which was for a business trip.
We will definitely go back next time we are in Shetland.
