"The rental and the owners were a 10*++ Loved it, plenty of room, new and the decor was perfect. Use the owners directions only, because of the switch back roads and a missing street sign makes it a challenge. Check in time 4:00, do not come after DARK too dangerous and the steep parking driveway, have a couple of people directing you. "

"We had 4 adults stay for 2 nights to visit UTK for a football game. This was a great place to stay. The house was adoreable, clean, and very convenient to the university. The biggest stand out was the home owner, Kathy. She is incredibly friendly and helpful. She gave us great recommendations and helped us out with a few requests. I highly recommend staying here. "

"Communication and check in flawless, the cottage was clean and peaceful . Bed was comfortable, the TV in the bedroom either needs additional instruction on how to get it to work or needs to be replaced. The bathroom toilet needs to be replaced and the tub needs to be scrubbed . The living room furniture could use an upgrade. The kitchen window should have a blind for privacy. Overall stay was very affordable and we would stay there again. Thanks !"

"We had a relaxing stay! While the weekend got a little busy, we found that week days on the lake, and at the cabin were quiet and peaceful. We rented a boat from the Sugar Hollow Marina and were very pleased to discover how close by it was. The dock and the deck were wonderful places to hang out and enjoy the lake and the views. Thanks for sharing this special home."

"We came to town for a baseball tournament out of Dandridge. We were less than 30 minutes from the ball field making it super nice. Our family enjoyed the pool most days before and after our long, hot games! We were able to squeeze in Splash Country one day which was a reasonable commute"

"For the most part it was very quiet and peaceful. You are close to the road so you can hear the louder vehicles when they pass. The cabin is older but in very good shape. Everything worked as expected. Lovely deck with locking gates which was nice for taking the dog out. There is ample parking but if more than one car you will need to be strategic. Ultimately we enjoyed our stay and would rent again."

"Only stayed one night, it worked perfectly. Slept 3 of us perfectly and the fold out couch was super comfortable as well! Very clean and only 15 minutes from the main part of Knoxville. Easy check-in and check-out process. On the very end of a road in a nice neighborhood so it felt very secluded and safe. "

"We have rented many VRBO properties over the years and I can say this one rates in our top 3 favorites (#1 for accommodations and communication with host). We wanted for nothing. This place is beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and while the photos are current and provide a good description of the house, they really don't do it justice. It is so much nicer in person! We hated to leave. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did."

"Overall we had an amazing stay for a week at the cabin. The views were amazing! We had a little racoon (we named George) that visited us quite a bit. The pool was very clean and we made lots of new friends. We ziplined at Wahoo Ziplines and it was amazing and we had the best bbq at bustin butts, go at the start of your trip they have a great farmers market as well. The worst part of the stay is was we found fleas in the master bathroom. Its supposed to not have have pets on the property."
