"Enjoyed the historical aspects of the hotel"

"I was kept awake at night time by the sound of water filling up in water tanks somewhere."

"We paid extra for a room on the terrace. Its was grubby, bedding smelt and badly needed airing and there were horrible stains on the side of bed and wall - some looked like dried blood - yuk! Our door opened immediately out onto a table - part of the restaurant. The restaurant is busy at lunch time and evening -and so noisy until midnight and beyond. Not want we thought we were buying! "
