"Good location, great staff. They didn’t have the twin beds set up, as I requested when I made the booking, but a member of the staff came quickly and set up another bed at no extra cost. Gym is nice, sauna needs to be hotter. "

"This is a great choice for accommodation if you're intending to stay and explore the city center. The location is very convenient as it's close to major transport, such as Tram, Train and Bus. The Great Southern Hotel is walkable distance from the Southern Cross station where you can catch the Skybus to and from the airport and the city. The staff are really friendly and happy to help you. The only negative thing I would say was that the TV/internet was a bit slow and so I couldn't properly watch the shows that I wanted, but to be honest that's a very small price to pay for accommodation at a good location. Highly recommend this place for any travelers."
