"Right in the heart of Whistler village, close to everything. Layout of building is very confusing, took a couple days to find my way around. "

"Can’t beat the location of this hotel. Great, convenient parking directly underneath if you can get one of the limited spaces. Unbeatable view of slopes while enjoying one of two hot tubs! I’m not sure where/why soundproofing of rooms is being advertised. We stayed in a village facing room on the 6th floor and still readily heard street noise, not enough to be a major issue but certainly noticeable. Our only disappointment occurred one evening when requesting a shuttle to the upper village for a dining reservation that was in 15min. We inquired at front desk and they informed us that it wouldn’t be a problem, even asked if we would mind being dropped off a bit early. We waited in the lobby for 10-15 minutes to then be told they shuttle wasn’t going to make and asked if we wanted them to call a cab for us. We chose to walk and fortunately we didn’t lose our spot for dinner. "

"For the Whistler side, this is a very central location to the pedestrian only village area. Don’t count this hotel out. "

"Another quality stay at a great hotel in Whistler. Hot tub and pool are awesome. Sure they get busy after lifts start shutting down, but still awesome. Room was great, location was great, front desk staff is amazing. It is probably a 10 minute walk to the lift with equipment. But still perfect being close to grocery and liquor and the village stroll. You can hear people above you if they are walking around in ski boots or if they are across the hallway. No big deal, you pay for what you get. "

"The outdoor hot tub and pool were excellent! Loved the location, didn’t need to drive anywhere during our stay, easy walk to the village for dinner etc."

"It was a wonderful stay. The room was clean, spacious, right in the center of the village. The old spaghetti factory was right down stairs. We were able to enjoy hot tub during the cold weather. Though had to pay extra for parking, but would highly recommend staying at this place. "
