"The riad in the middle I would say of the new Marrakesh and the old. It’s walkable journey to any parts of Marrakesh and is nestled in a quiet neighbourhood that has all amenities you would need "
"Loved our 3 day stay here. A quiet charming Riad decorated in an eclectic style with exquisite details. If I ever come back to Marrekesh, I’ll stay here. "
"Beautiful riad, we had a lovely stay. We enjoyed the roof terrace, the great breakfast and friendly staff. The room was large and clean with a nice shower and bathroom. We highly recommend this riad!"
"Riad Zayane is quaint, with beautiful traditional decor and sprinkled rose petals laid out for my arrival. Staff went out of their way to help locate transportation and ensure all guest needs were addressed!
Devine!!"
"Property doesn’t have basics such as Iron, microwave and toaster , staying in an apartment means that you have all the facilities/appliance that you can have to fulfill your everyday needs. Property is clean, location is excellent and spacious."
"The staff was very helpful. Aziz and Imaan helped me figure out transportation and answered any questions I had. The breakfast was amazing! Loved the room - it was a bit small - but worked out perfectly for 3 people. Would definitely recommend."
"Beautiful quiet riad off the busy areas. Hosts and staff were lovely and very helpful, including meeting us where the taxi could drop us and walking us to the riad, and helping us carry luggage when we left (even if we didn't need it!). Location can be a bit hard to find without guide so accept the help on arrival. Also be aware in Marrakesh some walkways in the medina near the square are closed at night so know your routes.
In the riad one feels constantly pampered. Tea and nibbles appeared...
"Dans l'ensemble tout est bien. Mais pour ce qui est du souper offert par le personnel du riad, nous avons opter pour les couscous royale et Alaka, dans les deux cas le prix est trop élevé et la qualités ne vaut pas le prix."
"Dar Seven is an absolute gem in Marrakech! The hotel is cute, cozy, and full of charm — the perfect peaceful retreat after exploring the city. What truly made our stay special were Iliass and Ahmed. They made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived.
Iliass was especially amazing — he went above and beyond to help us get around the city, gave great recommendations, and was always there when we needed anything. Their hospitality was incredible, and we’re so grateful for their warmth...

10/10 Excellent
"Absolutely amazing place! The staff are incredibly friendly going above and beyond to make sure you have a great time. There is lots of activities to do at the hotel, such as table tennis and boules, and Alice who was in charge of this was a super fun and friendly person. The hotel is absolutely stunning and there are so many nice touches such as fresh flowers and themed evenings along with live musicians in the bar and at even a violinist at dinner one night. The whole place and staff is beyond what we expected. Couldn't recommend staying here enough! "
"Loved the rooms, campus, patio, staffs, pools and food. The staff especially made our stay memorable. Most services are expensive. Tennis costs extra. Gym is good with separate cardio and weight rooms. Transportation offered by hotel is very expensive. Mall next to hotel is cool with loads of shopping and dining options. "
"Rich in culture, friendly staff and very clean. Could not have chosen a better place! To improve I’d suggest adding safes and fridges to rooms, but other than that - I’d go back! "
"The property was absolutely beautiful. Our host (who used to be a teacher!)was very gracious and we were greeted enthusiasticly and with a tea and a desert. Our host did an amazing job helping us book our excursions to the Ouzud Waterfalls and The Agafay Desert for a camel ride + dinner and a special show.
The bed was comfortable and the soap and shampoo smelled great. The daily Moroccan Breakfast on the rooftop was delicious. The rooftop is a great space to sit and enjoy the breeze as well. The waitstaff was friendly and prompt. The special Moroccan tea was itself an experience. We also loved the little cat that lives at the rooftop!!
The small pool was really nice and cold. It was great to cool off after being out all day in the heat. It was a little noisy on the first floor as our room was in the courtyard but not so much it disturbed my sleep.
I would 100% stay here again. Actively dreaming about returning here for the 2030 World Cup! It was an amazing experience to be able to walk through the marketplace from our hotel and the entire staff were absolutely amazing and courteous. Much love from America. Shokran! En shalla!!! "
"Straightforward check in service with affable staff, our room was wonderful, clean and comfortable.
The staff were very helpful with directions and suggestions for our itinerary. Lovely terrace for daily included breakfast, although it was carb heavy, a few more protein options would have been nice to start the day.
A mini fridge and hooks in the bathroom would be good touches for the rooms.
Comfortable stay in a beautiful well curated Riad.
Thank you to all the kind staff members for a memorable stay."
"The hotel presents a classy atmosphere and is conveniently situated in the business center of Marrakech, offering easy access to various amenities. The breakfast is also quite delightful. Furthermore, the cleanliness was consistently excellent. I extend my gratitude for the outstanding service provided."
