"I had a wonderful time! Loud Noises for the first day of my stay due to strike but after hotel accommodated the strikers needs, the strike no longer continued. Hotel provided extra amenities and access to extra supplies in the room due to short staff and no room service. Cleaning and services continued after my 2nd stay. I had a wonderful time!! "What a nice, quiet, lovely hotel within walking distance to the beach and shopping and restaurants. Clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and polite - a special hello to RJ at the Bell desk - he had a great personality, funny and super helpful. We really appreciated being given beach towels to use, and also beach chairs, umbrella and boogey board for a day at the beach! I would certainly stay here again. "

"The staff and location were excellent. However, we paid extra for ocean view, but the rooms were more like partial ocean views. The front desk staff helped us switch to better rooms, but they were still only partial ocean views. If you're looking for a full ocean view, this property isn't it as it's not a beachfront property. We were disappointed and didn't know this before we booked. "

"Great place to stay in Waikiki within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The rooms were nicely decorated and well appointed. The balcony was a nice plus. The pool area was nice and the onsite restaurant was good. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The only issue is it’s quite noisy from the street traffic below which is busy most of the time."
