Arrival by bus, nearest stops:

Arrival by Flight, best directions:
➡ 20-25 minute by Taxi, such as Uber (Cost estimate. £30.00)
➡ By train: From Manchester Airport to Manchester Oxford Road, 20-25minutes, then 5 minute walk to the apartment.
➡ By bus: From Manchester Airport, take bus route 103 to Hulme Street, about 1hour, then 2 minute walk to the apartment.

Keys must to be collected (Check-in), and returned (Check-out) from this local store:
SPAR Oxford Road, 2 Oxford Rd, Manchester M1 5QA (5 minute walk). The store is open 24 hours a day for convenient arrival and departures. Collection code is provided 1 day before arrival.

House Rules:
1. No smoking inside premises
2. Pets are not allowed.
3. Must indicate correct no. of guests staying (cost applies for additional guests)
4. No parties, loud music or events allowed
5. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am
6. Minimum age to book is 22.
7. Guests must complete the pre-check-in form with essential details (name, contact information, and a signed agreement to our terms) to ensure safety. Failure to do so will prevent property access.
