Very clean and modern hotel which is in a great location for access to the station and within walking distance to the main shopping, eating and drinking areas. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had good facilities however my only criticism would be that it was quite dark, even with all the lights on. Other than that, it was a good standard and I would stay there again.

Staff were very friendly and service was great. Room was a let down was confirmed a room with a bath, however ended up with a wet room. Disappointing as made a point of contacting the hotel to confirm what facilities we would get in the room which was confirmed and we were given the opposite. As this was celebrating our wedding anniversary we just stuck with it as we had lots planned and did not want the hassle of complaining on a celebration weekend

Check in staff took ages to check us in because two of them were dealing with one girl ordering drinks. One should have took charge and the other should have dealt with my group of 3 guests, trying to check in. Wasn’t a huge wait but just frustrating when there was two of them.
