Amazing hotel right in the heart of Manchester, comfortable, spacious, friendly. Literally a few steps from a great selection of bars & restaurants and the grab & go coffee/croissant breakfast is very welcome indeed.

Love this place. The use of the old building is amazing and the rooms have everything for a home from home. The staff are fabulous so you feel very welcome and the bonus is location and all the options for takeaway dinner inside the exchange

Excellent economical apartments in a very walkable part of manchester. It's attached to the Corn Exchanged and the restaurants/bars within almost function like part of the hotel. Staff quite good, a little casual. Issues with TV/remote in room and no chopping board provided in kitchen.

Location to active life (shopping, cinema, resturants, cafes, public transportation). Great size rooms with small kitchen. Only 3 bad experiences: 1. The room was far away from the elevator with some stairs on the way to the room made it diffecult with heavy bags to move. 2. They only clean the room after 3.00 pm but must but the sign before 10.30 am without informing us at the reception or a leaflet in the room. 3. Cars does not stop at the door so you have to carry your heavy bags for some distance (around 100 meters). So if you are travelling light I highly recommend this hotel. Otherway find another nearby ones.

Fabulous hotel. Very clean and well maintained. Reception very friendly and helpful. Room excellent and has everything you need. Very central location and the free coffee and croissants in the morning a nice touch. Would have given it 5 stars all round EXCEPT the mattress was just too hard. We both found it uncomfortable which is a shame as we would love to go back but the mattress lets it down
