"Place was very simple but had everything that you need for a stay in NYC. The lock on the door was a bit of an issue getting in - you just had to do it a couple of times then it worked. Only reason I gave it 4 stars. "

"The shower was sent from the heavens (they have great water pressure) the location is so convenient you can walk everywhere from central park, carnegie hall, Rockefeller,times square and 15 minute walk from the deli 48 thats open 24 hours(the distance helped when I wanted a strawberry roll cake at 3am) and of course the staff was engaging and helpful. I hope to stay in the same location when i make my next visit to nyc!"

"The room was super comfortable and well designed for the limited space available - also quiet, so we slept great. The only elevator broke down while we were there, and we had to climb 4 flights of stairs a few times to reach our 5th floor room. (We saw others who had to carry very heavy luggage down the stairs). "My particular room was noisy as we were next to Delancey street. The window sounded like it was open which made it hard to sleep. However, they do offer a sound machine which was very nice, and came with a large selection of noises. Overall the room and hotel was clean and orderly. The hotel does not have a concierge so there is no need to interact with people if you don’t want to. Everything went smoothly and we enjoyed our stay. "
