"The bottom stair was rotting and fell away when my husband stepped on it. The stair rail was unstable. Ince it broke away and was reported, it was fixed straight away. The position of the tv made it hard to watch. The lounge was under the tv. Sitting at the table to watch tv, gave you a sore neck. Thus we had to lie down in the double bed to watch tv. Staff were friendly and helpful.
