"A very nice, relaxing vacation spot for my family. The beaches were great and our room had a gorgeous view. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. The gentleman who checked us in, Rudy, was especially friendly and helpful. He made sure we had everything we needed"

"We stayed for a week as a family of 8 including 3 teens. The open nature of the house was wonderful! Being able to wander out to the pool or lounge on the covered porch or walk down to snorkel across the street was divine. The kitchen had all we need. The host was so welcoming and provided a welcome meal and a delightful punch on our last day. The one time we had an issue they fixed it immediately! "Eric met us at property to show us around and settle us in. Property was as described in the listing and we had most things we needed. The apartment is very spacious with all facilities needed. It was great to relax in the pool at the end of the day and the garden is pretty and well maintained. We would stay here again if we returned to Guadeloupe."

Property needs a few upgrades and better pillows ,sheets and blankets would be nice but all in all a very satisfying time. Le Relais du Moulin, Hôtel de Charme & Spa

"Lovely hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Staff is very kind and helpful. Shout out to Restaurant manager Anthony and Tom and the rest of the staff. One of the front desk staff was help us to book the island tour. We don’t speak French. It’s a bit difficult to book anything on line All in French. Overall we had a good time. "

Très bel hôtel mais service affreux à la réception

"Très bel hôtel. Belle vue. Les chambres sont confortables. Par contre, notre séjour a été gâché par la réceptionniste car elle a été vraiment désagréable le lendemain de notre arrivée. Nous cherchions un moyen pour descendre au bourg car toutes les navettes étaient pleines (elle nous a mal renseigné la veille sur le fonctionnent ) et les taxis ne travaillaient pas cette journée là. Elle nous a regardé galérer pendant plus de deux heures à trouver une solution pour aller en ville (nous aurions pu rester à l’hôtel mais le restaurant était fermé donc rien à manger) et elle a finalement décidé de nous aider ! Ce qu’elle aurait pu faire dès le début. Pour nous c’est fini l’hôtel bois joli. C’est vraiment dommage d’avoir un service aussi déplorable pour un si bel établissement. Par contre le chauffeur de la navette de nuit a été notre coup de cœur du séjour ! Merci Florian ! Heureusement que tu étais là."

"What a location! The house itself is fine, the layout worked really well for our group which consisted of my wife and I, our two boys age 8 and 10 and my in-laws. The bedrooms were very dark which was great for sleeping! The AC units in the bedrooms worked extremely well too. The real magic of this place however is the front yard. It's a huge sandy area with palm trees and a mostly private beach. The snorkeling right at the house was the best we found on the island, we spent a ton of time in the water there! The house is an easy drive to St. Anne downtown where you can find restaurants, shopping and a nice public beach."

Pleasant Stay in St Francois

"The hotel is small, relatively new and built around a pleasant patio and small pool. Our balcony overlooked these. The hotel is about 2km from the closest beach and good restaurants so a car, while not essential, makes the trips more manageable."
