Mala experiencia!!

El Riad estĂĄ bien, pero la persona encargada de atender el riad, Hafid, nos hizo pasar malos ratos. Empezando, cuando llegamos al riad, un marroquĂ­ nos ayudo a encontrar el lugar a 5 cuadras del riad, cuando llegamos nos quizo cobrar 200 MAD una locura para lo que habĂ­a sido, en ese momento nos abrio Hafid y no nos ayudo en nada, solo nos dijo que a la siguente vez nos pusieramos en contacto con el hotel para que pasara alguien por nosotros. Despues nos dijo que las cosas que vendian en el mercado y la Medina lo dejaban muy caro y que lo que quiseramos comprar le dijeramos y nos los compraria el a precio de los locales, al mismo tiempo le dijimos que estĂĄbamos buscando un viaje para pasar una noche en el desierto. En la noche de ese dĂ­a nos dijo que el costo del viaje era de 125 euros por persona por que nosotros queriamos llegar a Fez, por ser en el riad pensamos que no nos irian a mentir, entonces se los comparamos. Al estar en el camion con las demas personasnos dijeron que a todos les cobraron entre 80 y 85 euros y al final no dormimos en el desierto, pusieron unas tiendas a lado de un hotel. Tambien nos habia traido unas especias que no le pedimos, pero que nos sentimos con la obligaciĂłn de comprar. En general una experiencia muy mala por el.

It was quite difficult to find the riad, but it was nice to stay in the riad which is part of museum.

Gerante et personnel adorables, on se sent bien, comme a la maison. Les petits dejeuners sont copieux , ideal pour attaquer une journée dans les souks et les visites. Situé dans un quartier en pleine rehabilitation (notamment l'ecole coranique) un peu excentré du souk, mais surtout tres calme. La terrasse dispose d'une vue magnifique sur l'Atlas (enneigé a notre passage).

On ne peux pas recommander ce magnifique Riad assez. Le service 5 Ă©toiles dans un cadre somptueux au cƓur de la vieille ville mĂ©dina quartier. Parfait pour une escapade reposante si vous aimez vous faire dorloter et traiter comme des rois. RĂ©servez !!!

ce que j'ai aimĂ©: la gentillesse du personnel, la beautĂ© du ryad, le cosy de la chambre, la localisation. ce que je n'ai pas aimĂ©: -la propretĂ© de la piscine sur la terrasse (pleine de fiantes de pigeon, inutilisable), -le massage qui a Ă©tĂ© l'un des pires moments: la masseuse me massait pratiquement Ă  une main, occupĂ©e Ă  envoyer des textos avec l'autre, m'a massĂ© la poitrine sans me demander si ça pouvait ma mettre mal Ă  l'aise, me masse les cheveux puis revient sur mon visage, me mettant au passage plein de cheveux sur la figure! LĂ  je n'y tenais plus et arrĂȘtĂ© la sĂ©ance avant la fin... Je me suis plaint Ă  la rĂ©ceptionniste mais pas de remboursement ou une petite heure de hammam offerte pour se faire pardonner: dommage... - le comportement des marocains en lui-mĂȘme, rĂ©clamer de l'argent pour le moindre renseignement, profiter de l'errance d'une jeune touriste seule et perdue, ça a rĂ©ussi en 48h Ă  m'Ă©coeurer de Marrakech... N'ayant aucun sens de l'orientation, ni de talent pour le marchandage, je me suis vraiment fait avoir et la note salĂ©e qui suivait ce weekend a suffit Ă  me faire oublier la beautĂ© de la ville et de ses palais.

Riad accueillant et confortable

Séjour accueillant pour visiter Marrakech et profiter de l'artisanat local entourant la fameuse place toujours animée. AprÚs la promenade quotidienne, le retour au Riad pour se reposer et bénéficier du calme pour se ressourcer.

Un havre de paix et confort au coeur de la MĂ©dina

Nous avons passĂ© en famille 5 excellents jours logĂ©s au riad Dar Lalla F'Dila, situĂ© dans le quartier nord de la MĂ©dina ; on pouvait donc tout faire facilement Ă  pied, aprĂšs avoir pris un petit-dĂ©jeuner copieux et savoureux (jus d'orange frais, thĂ© Ă  menthe, crĂȘpes diverses, yaourts, fruits - avec de nouvelles choses chaque jour !) sur le toit-terrasse joliment amĂ©nagĂ©. Il est aussi possible d'y diner sur rĂ©servation, aprĂšs un massage maison, le luxe ! AprĂšs l'agitation extĂ©rieure, le calme absolu vous accueille, seulement 5 chambres, des effluves de fleurs d'oranger, des bougies, un patio accueillant et ouvert sur le ciel. Aziz et Khadijah s'occupent de votre bien-ĂȘtre et veillent sur vous pour rendre votre sĂ©jour agrĂ©able. C'est rĂ©ussi !

Excellent hotel, very welcoming,very quite and relaxing inside, away from the hussle that is just outside their front door ....but would use transfer from the airport to the Raid, as you will never find it yourself, as after getting out of taxi you have a 5 mins walk, down lots of alley ways.

Nice traditional Moroccan hotel.

Nice hotel once u r inside. Very difficult to find for a newcomer. Raods leading to the hotel is narrow, filthy & often scary. Staffs were excellent. Khadija & Aziz were very helpful. Khadija's english was excellent.

Lugnt & trevligt

NÀr vi vÀl hittade fram genom de smÄ grÀnderna förstod vi att vi bodde intill Marrakech museum som sedan var vÄrt riktmÀrke för att hitta hem. F'Dila var ett lugnt och mysigt stÀlle att bo. Vi bodde i deras största svit som var vÀldigt stor. God frukost och trevlig personal. Dock inte det dÀr lilla extra finessen. Lite kallt i de allmÀnna utrymmena sÄ man valde inte riktigt att sitta dÀr och "louncha". Trots detta hade vi trevliga dagar hÀr! MÄste avsluta med att rekommendera att man bestÀller upphÀmtning pÄ flygplatsen genom F'Dila, kommer bespara dig problemen med taxi och vÀgvisare som vill ha massa pengar.

uniquely memorable

A charming above average Riad in the Medina built about the late 19th C for a vizier to the Sultan .....3 stories , just 4 rooms , one a pad for the legendary Josephine Baker in the 1920's .who stayed here when in Marrakesh .Excellent period furnishings , our room was large enough to have us and 2 children feel comfortable ..bBfasts are fresh and hot , service even better .If thuth be told there are 2 very good reasons to stay here.....one is Khatija and the other is Aziz .. Unlikely there are 2 such people in any Riad here . Khatija , the duty manager is charming, well spoken, knowledgeable , and extremely helpful . Aziz , the major domo assistant manager is indescribable--a human dynamo of help . These two make this Riad very special .

A gem in the heart of the Medina

There aren't enough good things to say about this beautiful riad. The staff were fantastic, so great and helpful. Our room was beautiful and exactly the authentic experience we were looking for. After getting lost each day in the Medina coming back to our room to smiling staff was the most wonderful welcome. Once inside the door the craziness of souks just melts away. A must stay if you are heading to Marrakech.

Mi experiencia en el hotel ha sido fenomenal, despues de un dia duro de zocos, llegar al hotel, era como llegar a un mar de tranquilidad y descanso, ayudado por la amabilidad y disposicion siempre del personal del hotel. Gente amabilisima y dispuesta a ayudarnos en lo que fuera. Habitaciones muy limpias, amplias. La comida.. espectacular..., buenisima, y el desayuno tambien. Destacar, nuevamente el servicio del hotel...., gente dispuesta, amable, y hospitalaria. A la llegada, Abdu, la persona que nos recibio, nos dijo una frase que define perfectamente el Riad, "estais en vuestra casa... lo que necesitais, no teneis mas que cogerlo", y asi fue... Increible, muy, pero que muy recomendable.

Our stay was excellent! The place is beautiful and calm in the craziness of the medina. We mixed up our reservation and arrived a day early, staff was wonderful and accommodating, so happy we got 2 nights instead of 1!!

Stilla oas mitt i medinan

Bra sÀngar, Àven barnens. God mat och service. Wifi funkade endast i receptionen. Vi bokade transfer frÄn flygplatsen genom dem och det var nog tur för vi hade inte hittat annars. "Poolen" var ca 2 kvadratmeter och var nog inte till för att bada i. Vi Äkte till ett stort hotell en dag och badade i deras pool. Ring innan och kolla att det Àr ok för alla hotell tillÄter inte att man kommer som gÀstbadare. Vi trivdes jÀttebra!
