This multi-generational attraction brings the magic and excitement of some of the world’s favorite literary characters to the U.S. West Coast.

Come to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™ at Universal Studios Hollywood to experience firsthand the magic and wonder you’ve delighted seeing over and over in J.K. Rowling’s fantastic books and movies. Attention to detail, state-of-the-art robotics technology and some wizardry make this theme park an authentic recreation of the worlds that Harry, Ron and Hermione inhabit.

All magical things start at Hogwarts Castle. Take a ride on Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey™ in 3D-HD, the park’s star attraction. Travel by Floo powder, soaring high above the castle. Participate in a Quidditch match, have a close encounter with a Whomping Willow and fight off a dragon. Filmed action scenes, special effects and 360-degree pivots along an elevated track make this whirlwind ride a truly exciting adventure.

Nearby, ride the Flight of the Hippogriff, Universal Studios Hollywood’s first outdoor roller coaster. Between rides, enjoy foods fit for wizards at Three Broomsticks™ and Hog’s Head pub and Magic Neep and Butterbeer™ carts.
