Checkin wasn’t very efficient, took 40mins. Room advertised was replaced with 2x single rooms initially which was cheaper than what we had booked. Trainee was helpful on the front counter - just had no support from anyone else. Cafe/Restaurant was good.

Front desk and F&B team needs some communication to be on same page. Bad experience. Also staff in Front desk and F&B team needs customer relationship training. Housekeeping staff were really helpful. They made our stay better.

Parking was the only good part. Bedroom sheer curtains were so ripped that they offered no privacy. Lounge had none. Asked for addtional pillows two days in a row and never received them. Cafe food terrible. We were given the wrong times for breakfast and were reluctantly given a $50 credit to use in the cafe. We didn't use it all, so I asked if balance could be applied to the bill but was denied. We won't we returning or recommending this accommodation.

Long waiting queues at reception .Fully paid breakfast doesnt include tea or coffee and tghe breakfast meny remains exactly the same for the next 100 years- no variety what so ever( I stayed for 4 days). The mangement lacks innovation and thinking.You dont have to provide expebsive breakfast- just be smart with variety.The rooms dont get a makeover for three days- terrible.Be careful of the name (Ramada) as it doesnt live up to it.

The property was nice and warm in foyer etc to the elevator. Our room was small marks all over the walls considering we paid 365.00 you would think they would have nice looking rooms. There were rattling walldrobe doors which felt flimsy and that i could have ripped it off the wall. The sink was blocked up when filled with water there was hair stuck in the hole which my partner had toget out just so we could empty it. Asked Staff outside our room if we could grab extra towels but had to ring reception to let them know to then ask them so they could give it which was so muck around and also staff werent that approachable felt as though they couldnt be bothered slash wanted to actually be there in which didnt make us feel great when asking questions just disappointed in the stay as a hole and probably not stay there again but thats just me.

Cutting corners to save money.
Housekeeping is horrendous. Mould in air con units made me quite ill and had to take 2 days off work which is costly since I had flown in from Australia for a job. The kitchenette is ok but after cooking one meal the tiny bins were full and housekeeping only comes every 3 days (every 4th after a reminder in my case). Restaurant is good but prices itself like a 5 star hotel which it is far from. Dirt and grime around shower units. Really not great. I wont be back.

The door wouldn’t open, staff had to put a piece of tape to keep it from getting stuck. Bedside lamp didn’t work. Bathroom floor was sticky. Musty smell in hallway. Bed felt quite broken in.

Bit disappointed with the stay. Checked into a room with shower curtains that were covered in pink soap scum, the toilet leaked and as a result the tiles in the bathroom were super slippery. Bedside cabinet had a broken handle so couldn’t use it. After 2 days we were moved into a different room, shower was mouldy in the silicon and wasn’t too clean. Buffet breakfast was cold and appears that the only time it’s fresh is when it first opens. Overall staff were friendly and accomodating. But facilities and cleanliness made for a disappointing stay. For the price of the accomodation, I’d expect better.

Had to ask cleaners to come back, seemed vomit or something on back of bathroom door, was very obvious shouldnt be missed. Very dusty feeling, suggest deep clean needed regularly. Otherwise close to shops transport food and other activities.
