"It was close to the metro and was in the centre of Lisbon. The staff were excellent and very friendly. The hotel was ideal for us and had a real feel good vibe about it and I loved the shoe shop, bought a new pair during my stay."
"Great location, room is not very big but manageable with 2 people, staff is friendly. The elevator is small but it works, we never have to wait for elevator. Soundproof but you would still hear people closing door. Overall it was amazing!"

"Sweet staff. Clean place with a good view if your room.faces the front of the hotel. The neighborhood seems a bit rough. there was a lot of yelling and homeless people fighting til like 3-4 in the morning every day. But the back side of the hotel is towards the touristy area and is quieter. overall good location for tourism."
