"At our arrival they intent to charge us more for taxes(16%), had to open my reservation to show them, don't have a restaurant and the nearest is 1/2Km. walking only, the room was infested with bugs even a snake after we had two nights, we were bitten by bugs every were, they never change the sheets during our 4 nights stay, intent to cancel and didn't want to give us credit. Very bad experience would give them -0."

The picture of the exterior of the hotel is where the busses are parked and pick up passengers. You can hear bus noises and hallway noise. "Stayed for 5 nights and everyday the keycard had to be reset at the counter. I was given only 2 bottles of water instead of one per night. I only had two little cointainers of shampoo instead of 5. "

"Friendly staff, hot water with strong pressure, air conditioning, and comfortable bed and pillows. Should be described as "Colonial" or Victorian" as opposed to "Antique" because it has a very nice feel and comfort to it and not an old, boring one. Located in a perfect location. Will return soon. "Our stay at this hostel was good, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. We stayed in a 1 bunk bedroom and the area was clean (including the bathroom). The staff even took care of our luggage for a couple of hours while we came back from a trip. Our only complaints are that the shower barely had any pressure, one of the lockers didn't close, and that the window was open when we arrived, so the room had mosquitoes inside.
