"I stayed 6 nights in the Napili Tower. The room was very comfortable and clean. It has a small kitchenette area with a sink, dishes, small fridge. The property has so much to offer with multiple pools, shops, food and bar options. There is a laundry facility onsite that was very nice with lots of free machines and a lounge. Self-parking had limited space, but valet parking was a good alternative for almost the same cost. Overall, it was a great stay and a wonderful property!"

"Very impressed with this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I love how the room key is a bracelet also the free shuttle is a nice touch. The hotel is conveniently located right across from the beach, 2 minute walk. The rooms in the new tower were fantastic. I would definitely return. "

"The Sheraton is a very well kept property. The staff is very friendly and prompt. The Luau is fantastic! If you have a vehicle while staying at the Sheraton, be aware of the Luau nights. Valet gets super busy, so you are better off self parking. This is a resort, so there are a lot of kids here. We stayed from Dec 26 to Jan 2 so during a peak vacation time for families. "
