"I booked through your website and the hotel had trouble finding the reservation. We were traveling with a group of kids. I had booked 4 rooms all under my name paid for by me, but had listed the names with the adult sponsor for each room. They tried to tell me that I did not have 4 rooms. I showed the confirmation email with proof of payment. There should be a way to find who the room was booked under easier instead of immediately stating that I "don't have" said rooms reserved."
