"We stayed for 5 nights. Stay was comfortable. Great location and staff were really friendly. We had a quad room that was a really good size for 4 adults. Lifts never took longer than a few seconds so never had to wait long. Only downside was we kept having to ask for toilet roll (every day of the 5 day stay) and this got annoying other than that room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was ok."

"It was bad experience to stay in this hotel. The management was non cooperative and stubborn. I made reservations for two nights two months ago but the hotel system booked only for one night. I requested to extend for another night on site but management refused to do that. I can’t tell how was it difficult to find the room in another hotel and my family was so frustrated that we couldn’t perform umra comfortably. I will never stay in this hotel and will not recommend anyone. "
