"I stayed at quite a few hotels during my recent Tokyo trip and this was by far my favorite hotel. The room temperature was comfortable as often times I encountered that Tokyo hotel rooms are kept too hot during winter and there’s no way to cool them. This was not the case at Rose Garden. The beds and pillows were fantastic. Staff was also amazing and seemed to be fairly fluent in English. The price was great and breakfast was a reasonable add on. "Great hotel close to Otsuka Station, which was great to access the Yamanote line (JR lines). Although the rooms are small they are comfortable enough. The staff are friendly and very helpful. We used the baggage carrier service to get our baggage from Tokyo to Osaka which was great and highly recommended. The only negative thing I would say is that we wanted a late check out which they did accommodate but charged 2000 yen an hour which was double what the same hotel in Osaka charged 1000 for....
