"Great loation, will be fantastic once new train station complete. Apartment is surface clean but could do with a deep clean (marks on walls and blinds where stuff has been spit previously) . Some minor maintenance required which if not dealt with could become major issues in time. Good facilities in apartment and complex. Found the key collection location a bit hard to find but apart from that easy to book and correspond with apartment manager. Thank you for a great stay. "

"Nice, comfy, and clean apartment with all the right facilities in a very lively neighborhood. Nice backyard and adjacent outdoor garden to unwind in. Fantastic location that's a short walk from several attractions like St Kilda/Elwood beach, Acland St, Luna Park, Palais theater, and more. Very responsive and detail-oriented host. Recommended! "
