Enjoyed our stay on holiday. Mostly quiet and clean, upper-end class hotel. Staff was attentive and helpful. Only complaint was we had to wait for our room despite requesting early check-in. Highly recommend for couples or business travelers. Not appropriate for families with children.

We only stayed one night, but a charming hotel, staff were attentive, rooms were well appointed. We received a fruit basket which was a lovely touch. The hotel itself has been beautiful decorated. This would be my place to stay when in Melbourne.

The staff were excellent at this hotel. Very friendly and always tried to help in any situation. It was a great experience staying in a hotel so new! Location was great just outside of the city line, but still within the free tram zone.

Fantastic new hotel in great location with gorgeous rooms. Rooms over the front have a great view of Melbourne and they are very well sound proofed. The pool was great and the public areas were excellent. Only criticism is that some of the staff seem unsure of their roles and may have not worked either in hotels before or in hotels of this standard. We would definitely stay here again

Twice during my stay I had someone knocking on the door when the do not disturb sign was on. One of those times was housekeeping asking why I hadn’t checked out yet. I then told house keeping that my check out date wasn’t till the next day - they then looked at their note pad they were holding and go on yes that’s correct. An apology would have been nice.

We just had one night but the hotel was very nice, our room had a great view, was mostly quiet, and was clean and comfortable. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good too.
