Great one bedroom apartment with fresh air and natural light facing Eastern aspect in a low-rise complex. Secure lift access located on 4th floor. One street away from Bay St restaurants/shops. One block walking distance to beach, South Melbourne Market. 10 minutes from Melbourne CBD. Safe and secure for single travelers.

Lounge: Open floor plan, 55" Hisense Smart TV, Netflix, comfy lounge, timber flooring with modern accessories. Computer desk with secure free WIFI. Split system air conditioning/heating.

Bedroom: Sleepmaker Back Magic Queen Bed with Onkaparinga Mattress Topper. Contemporary lines with floor-to-ceiling glass windows, sliding doors with access to balcony from both lounge and bedroom.

Kitchen: Galley style, timber flooring, stainless steel gas cooking, dishwasher, full size fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, all kitchen utensils.

Dining: Table and chairs.

Bathroom: Full size bath/shower, towels, beach towels, hairdryer, shampoo/conditioner, non-slip mat for bath. Cleaning goods are left in the apt for use.

Laundry: Front-load washing machine, clothes dryer, Sunbeam iron/ironing board, washing powder.

Balcony: Large balcony across the width of the apartment. Outdoor table and chairs, decorated with live plants.

Car Park: Secure remote controlled, undercover reserved parking in basement of building. Height of car-park entrance is 2.03m.

Check In after 12 noon /Check Out by 10am. Happy to accommodate for flight arrival times (depending on next incoming guest arrival). Day rate available on request if needed to secure late or early arrival.

Please send email for long term enquiries over one month. Cleaning service available for long term guests if required.

High level cleaning and airing after each guest. Disinfectant etc left on premises for guests use.

Monitored CCTV in foyer, carpark and each floor for security purposes.

Great apartment in a great neighborhood
We spent five nights at the apartment. It was clean and well appointed for travelers. Groceries, coffee and restaurants are all within easy walking distance as is the Port Melbourne beach. It was very quiet at night and the bed was comfy.

The property is well located with convenient onsite parking and secure. Only a 5 minute walk to shops, supermarket and restaurants. We also love being able to access good walking tracks along the Bay. Apartment was warm and cosy and had everything we needed.

Very handy location
Perfect spot to stay for a break away close to beach and local shops. Set back one street from the main hub, there were lots of nearby cafes, a fresh food market, bottle store and nice pubs. I also found the apartment had excellent facilities. The host is lovely and pickup/drop off instructions were easy to understand. Happy to highly recommend!

This apartment was perfect for two adults. It had every amenity you could ask for, and was close to shops and restaurants in Port Melbourne. The apartment is only a couple of minutes from the tram to take you downtown, so convenient. It included parking which would have been much more complicated downtown. We would happily recommend it to others.

Excellent apartment! Really clean, spacious, good amenities and a lovely big balcony with a view of the city. Cathy was lovely to deal with and always responded promptly. The location is superb, being only a couple of minutes walk from the beach and the local bus & tram. Highly recommended. So much so, I've booked to stay again already!

we spent a wonderful time in such a lovely apartment.
We just feel at home while we were in Port Melbourne. Clean and comfortable. Property owner is very kind and responsive. Kitchen is also well furnished for those who love cooking, so my wife is. Public transportation is easy to access and gets pretty much all the attractions in Melbourne. And plenty of lovely cafe and restaurant nearby.

Great beachside location
Our stay was good and served its purpose. We were inside the apartment quite a bit due to stage 4 Covid restrictions in Melbourne, and therefore noticed quite a bit of neighbourhood dog noise and owners not controlling their pets in the area (especially disturbing during the night and early hours of the morning). Apart from that we had a good stay.

Great Start to our Australian Holiday
Thank you so much Cath for being so responsive and accomodating! The apartment is a 5 minute walk from the beach, the grocery store, a coffee stop and loads of restaurants. We could not have asked for a smarter and quiet 'home' to start our holiday.
